My contact informatiom is at the very bottom of this home page, to "E" Mail me etc Page down.
I was born in Alton,Illinois in the year 1925, a little simple arithmatic and you know I'm in my 85th year.
My only claim to fame is my Family, five lovely daughters, and two sons. The thirty five (35) Grand Children and the thirty five (35) Great Grand Children.
I was a self-employed Electrical & Heating/Cooling Contractor almost all of my working life.
My first camera was a Kodak Box Camera, called that because it was made of cardboard, later I owned a "Brownie" fixed focus, infinity! PLASTIC ONE!
The first photos I remember being proud of were taken of the Great
Standardbred Race Horse the "Gray Hound" an exibition or Time Trial event, Springfield, Illinois, I got on the track in front of the Grand Stand and photographed him!! The year 1938-39 can't recall and no one left to ask that could remember? LOL
My best film cameras ever, WWII Germany, were a Leica and a Contessa Nettle, wooden Leather bellowed job with an F1:2.8 Zeiss Tessar lens don't think either could replace the digitals use today.
